Return/Exchange
All returns/exchanges may be done within 24 hours of purchase. All returns are subject to approval by the store and, if accepted, an exchange for another item of similar type or cost or a store credit may be issued. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, unconsumed and in the same condition that you received it. You must also bring the original packaging.

Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require the original receipt of purchase.  The item will be inspected and if a return is approved by the store, the item may be substituted by another item of the same or most similar type and cost.  Alternatively, a store credit may be issued to the original customer.  All store credits will be valid for three months from the date issued.

Evidence of improper handling, items partly or mostly used or consumed, or original receipt of purchase missing will automatically disqualify your product for any exchange or store credit.

All returns and exchanges will be done at the store regardless if the original purchase was through our web page or by phone.  No returns or exchanges will be made through our delivery service.

Gift Cards
Gift cards can only be purchased and redeemed online.  They will be valid for one (1) year from the moment of purchase.  Please keep your code secure until you have redeemed all the amount since no refunds will be made for lost or stolen codes.  Products may be exchanged according to our return/exchange policy described before.
